Shipping policy

CIS Solar Design ships from Vero Beach, Florida. Standard shipping is via UPS or FedEx ground. Most orders ship within 2-3 business days from our Vero Beach shop. Occasionally, items may be shipped from alternative locations to decrease customer shipping times or pricing. Freight (LTL) shipping is used for oversized battery orders and large kits, quoted at checkout. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination.
